William Addi Adds International Finance, IPO Expertise to Executive Team
PALAISEAU, France, and SAN JOSE, Calif.-- Tuesday March 13, 2007 --William Addi has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO) at EVE, reporting to Dr. Luc Burgun, chief executive officer (CEO) and president.
Addi started his career as a senior audit manager at KPMG in Los Angeles, Lyon and Paris, France, and held a series of increasingly responsible international finance and management positions. He then served as CFO of companies in the software and retail industries, managing revenues in the hundreds of million dollars.
Notes Dr. Burgun: "William is the second key appointment for EVE in 2007, emphasizing our commitment to grow and become a true category leader in the EDA industry. William is a strong professional with a solid international background and we welcome him to our team."
Addi holds a master's degree in business administration from the Ecole de Management de Lyon, France (E.M. Lyon). He is a member of the French Board of Chartered Accountants (Expert Comptable et Commissaire aux Comptes) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.
