EVE Opens Direct Sales Office in Taiwan

Appoints Experienced EDA Sales Executive to Manage Move into Taiwan Market

EVE, the leader in hardware/software co-verification, today expanded its global operations with the opening of a direct sales office in Hinschu, Taiwan, and appointed Dick Tao, an experienced electronic design automation (EDA) sales executive, to manage the office.

EVE now has direct sales offices in Japan and Korea, as well as India.

Tao has more than 20 years experience selling computer aided design (CAD) and EDA tools, and is an expert in the Asian fabrication business. Most recently, Tao served as CoWare’s country manager for the Greater China Region. He had been country manager of Cadence Design Systems Taiwan and Mentor Graphics China. Tao is a graduate of Tamkang University in Taiwan.
